Day I NEW YORK/DELHI:
Welcome aboard your flight to Delhi, our 1st. stop on our Kashmir tour. Enjoy onboard hospitality.

Day 2 DELHI:
This evening arrive in Delhi, where you'll be received and escorted to Hotel Coleridge’s/ Hotel Park.

Day 3 DELHI/SRINAGAR:
Fly to Srinagar to begin your Kashmir tour, upon arrival you will be escorted to deluxe houseboats. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4 SRINAGAR (Gardens and Lakes):
Cruise through Dal and Nagin Lakes float through a network of canals to the enchanted floating gardens of Nishant and Shalimar; built in the 16th C. by Moghul emperors.

Day 5 SRINAGAR/PAHALGAM:
After breakfast, we'll depart for a full day tour of Pahalagam, mountain resort in Kashmir, with its pointed peaks and green pastures. En-route stops will include a visit to 11th. Century Temple and Palace of ancient capital of Kashmir at AWANTI PURA. Pahalgam: a shepherd's village with breathtaking views, is Kashmir's premier resort, deliciously cool even in the height of summer. Situated 7300ft. up at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River. Optional hoseback riding to upper reaches for close up at scenic localles or leisurely walk thru meadows of cedar and pine.
This evening return to your houseboat for dinner and ovenight stay.

Day 6 SRINAGAR/DELHI/AGRA:
This morning fly to Delhi and drive directly to Agra, home city of the famous Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Taj View/Clark's Hotel.

Day 7 AGRA/FATEHPUR-SIKRI/JAIPUR:
After breakfast visit Taj Mahal, monument of love that Emperor ShahJahan built in the 16th. Century. You'll then visit Agra Fort, which served as the final living quarters for the Emperor to live in imprisonment. We continue on to Jaipur with a stop in Fatehpur-Sikri, a huge fort complex that served as capital of India before it was moved to Delhi in 17th.century.
Stay at Mansingh Palace Hotel/Trident hotel

Day 8 JAIPUR:
Today's highlight is an elephant ride to the Amber Fort followed by exploration of the city and bazaars. Afternoon sightseeing at the City Palace, the Albert Museum and the Observatory. This evening, we recommend a rickshaw ride around town to soak in the cultural flavour of Rajasthan.

Day 9 JAIPUR/DELHI:
After breakfast drive to Delhi. Late afternoon arrival and check-in the hotel. Suggested evening visit to Old Delhi for cycle-rickshaw drive thru narrow alley way bazaars, it's a unique Old Delhi experience to enjoy the local culture.

Day 10 DELHI:
This morning after breakfast, we'll visit the Presidential Palace, Parliament House, India Gate, Qutab Minar Tower, Jantar Mantar, and the fashionable Connaught Circus. Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Mahalaxmi Temple and Mahatma Gandhi Samadhi. This evening transfer to airport for flight home.

Day 11 DELHIINEW YORK:
Early morning departure from Delhi to New York.
